Princetown Carnival 2008

Princetown's Carnival on 2nd August was well attended. I went with Isla McPhee, who is the West Devon Borough Councillor for the Lydford & Dartmoor Forest Ward, which incorporates Princetown and the surrounding area and is one of the largest wards in England.

Joss Hibbs, the resident potter at Powdermills Pottery, was giving throwing demonstrations.
The Dartmoor Preservation Association was represented by their Chief Executive, James Paxman, along with a committee member, who were on hand to promote the association and answer questions.
Devon's traditional refreshment was also represented by YARDE.
